HOW TO ORDER

Submitting an order is fast and easy!

Simply:
  • Email us at: orders@letsbefrankdogs.com
  • Describe each item you'd like to buy and include your phone#.
  • We will follow up with an email or call to complete your order!
(We know, we know, a real shopping cart would be so much easier. We're working on it, we promise! But for now, a little human contact between you and your friendly Frank staff isn't so bad, is it?)

Shipping Details

We ship out via second-day air on Mondays and Wednesdays within the 48 contiguous states only. Depending on when your order is received, you can expect to receive it on either the following Wednesday or Friday, but always within 7 days. Please let us know about any special circumstances or rush orders in your order email. A signature is not required for delivery, so make sure you're checking for packages left at your door!*

Costs

Our shipping costs are based on total order value. As a small company, we're subject to high shipping rates, especially since our meat ships via 2nd day air. Our charges are designed to cover costs only. The following rates are for shipment of our perishable items:

There is a $5 handling charge to cover the cost of packaging materials. We ship in environmentally friendly insulated boxes with re-usable ice packs. Please keep your eyes out for the delivery-we do not require a signature and cannot be responsible for product left unrefrigerated after delivery.

For non-perishable items including apparel, we ship using the following:

* Let's be Frank is not responsible for packages that are not refrigerated upon delivery.

Purchase

Let's be Frank uses grass-fed beef from local producers- REAL PEOPLE WHO RAISE THEIR BEEF IN WAY THAT DEMONSTRATES THEIR CARE FOR THE HEALTH OF THEIR CATTLE, THEIR LAND AND THEIR CUSTOMERS. Our local ranchers are stewards of the land first and foremost, because natural, high-quality pasture results in the best beef. Raising grass-fed beef is not the easiest or cheapest way to raise cattle, but farmers choose this path because of their commitment to quality and sustainable agriculture practices.
